At Astraea Group, we are keen to meet people who share our ethos and are interested in working with us.

We are also committed to developing young practitioners - either informally as a career mentor or more formally by becoming part of our pool of talent available to work on cases.

We recognise that for most, educational opportunity is shaped by chance and that talent flourishes in different ways and at different stages of personal development. We consequently aim to help and promote those whose opportunity may not have come about in conventional academia.

 

Work experience

At Astraea Group, we are committed to promoting social mobility. We work with charitable providers to promote funded opportunities to state school students to experience a career in the law. These range from funded internships to informal work experience. We help to mentor those who want that support, giving advice on pre-UCAS, Personal Statements and CVs, as well as interview training.
